Speediance Gym Nano brings another major smart-fitness manufacturer into compact digital resistance. Speediance describes Gym Nano as a portable digital resistance engine.

The currently published European specification lists 3.5–100 kg / approximately 8–220 lb resistance, 0.45 kg resistance increments, 8.2 kg device weight, 5.1 m exposed cable travel, 360-degree swivel, 90 Wh rechargeable battery, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, a built-in touchscreen and twin-unit Bluetooth pairing.

That positions Gym Nano not only as a compact home cable machine, but also as a performance-training tool. Speediance has designed it to work with a range of common power racks and offers fixed and sliding mounting options.
