I was just going to use it for travel, but I use it all the time at home. I like it better than commercial cross functional trainers. It is very smooth, and I can easily self spot for most exercises, which allows me to get to extreme muscle fatigue. The 66llbs of resistance is plenty. I have not found an exercise where it is not enough, and I am used to lifting fairly heavy weights. It only weighs about 2lbs, so it is easy to bring anywhere. Love it

Works great and travels with me everywhere 😊 I’m eager to see more accessories being released, such as a unified platform the allows simultaneous use of two devices or a platform designed for performing flat bench press exercises.
