This accessory works like a classic ab roller — but with a powerful difference. When connected to the Rayofi Go-Tone, the machine assists you during each rep, making this tough core exercise more effective and accessible.
Key Benefits:
• Controlled lowering: The machine supports you as you roll out, keeping your body stable and preventing collapse. • Hold at the lowest point: Stay in position safely without hitting the floor. • Gentle assistance coming back up: The Go-Tone helps you return to the starting position with smooth, adjustable support.
Thanks to this support, you can perform more reps and place more focused strain on your abs, leading to faster, more visible results — even helping you achieve a six-pack in half the time. 🔥
As your core strength improves, you can adjust the assistance level through the app:
🔧 Choose Dual Mode, Eccentric, or Concentric settings. For example, in Eccentric Mode, you might choose to lower yourself unassisted but get help coming back up. Fine-tune support, such as 4 kg of resistance on the way down and 8 kg on the return.
Easy to Use:
⚙️ Attaches in seconds: Mount your Go-Tone onto the ABS Roller Tank quickly and start training. 🦶 Comfortable setup: One strap connects to the machine, the other to your ankles.
This accessory turns a tough ab exercise into something fun, scalable, and highly effective — perfect for integrating into your regular Go-Tone workout routine.

I don't like to have to download music into my earbuds, I much prefer streaming. This bundle makes that possible for my swim workouts and I love it! I had tried another brand before and Ryofi is not only more cost effective, but the sound and reception are so much better. I would highly recommend it!
Amazing little machine truly a portable gym. The concentric and ecentric resistances are tremendous to have. Love it so much purchased a second one! Total gym under 8lbs with all included accessories. Thank you Rayofi keep up the amazing work!
I am so impressed with these bone conducting head phones
I am so impressed with these bone conducting head phones. I have taken them to the bottom of the 10 ft deep side of the pool and there's no effect on the music signal. With my old Bluetooth headset, one inch of water would break the connection.
The device allows me to do many exercises quickly. I am a golfer and this allows me to do many golf specific exercises which I could not do with my dumbbells. Rather than using the door anchor, I installed an adjustable wall anchor (from about waist height to just above my head) plus a stationary anchor around ankle height My only gripe is that the cable is a little short for me. I am 6'2". If you are tall, buy the extension strap when you buy the device. Otherwise the shipping ($35) for a one foot extension is prohibitive.
Many uses in a little space, incredible product for training at home or travelling
Maybe there can be more atrapa like for tríceps exercise but it is so cool, thanks!
I was just going to use it for travel, but I use it all the time at home. I like it better than commercial cross functional trainers. It is very smooth, and I can easily self spot for most exercises, which allows me to get to extreme muscle fatigue. The 66llbs of resistance is plenty. I have not found an exercise where it is not enough, and I am used to lifting fairly heavy weights. It only weighs about 2lbs, so it is easy to bring anywhere. Love it
Works OK. I have a few complaints: the headset doesn't fit as well as some of the other similar open ear headsets I've been using and that makes it difficult to use for listening to audiobooks while swimming because when they don't fit well, you can't hear well. I can't get the volume up loud enough to compensate for the loose fit. I've been trying other means to compensate for the poor fitting headset. One other minor complaint I have is that they do not transmit 3m under water as advertised. It's a bit less than 1m under water, but that's mostly OK for swimming laps.
