The device allows me to do many exercises quickly. I am a golfer and this allows me to do many golf specific exercises which I could not do with my dumbbells. Rather than using the door anchor, I installed an adjustable wall anchor (from about waist height to just above my head) plus a stationary anchor around ankle height My only gripe is that the cable is a little short for me. I am 6'2". If you are tall, buy the extension strap when you buy the device. Otherwise the shipping ($35) for a one foot extension is prohibitive.
I can offer as a trainer a full experience with my two devices and accessories it is a game changer !
I've used them biking and swimming and they work great. Customer service has also been excellent as I had a couple of questions.

I am pleased with the gym machine the set up was very easy I love how portable it is
I was just going to use it for travel, but I use it all the time at home. I like it better than commercial cross functional trainers. It is very smooth, and I can easily self spot for most exercises, which allows me to get to extreme muscle fatigue. The 66llbs of resistance is plenty. I have not found an exercise where it is not enough, and I am used to lifting fairly heavy weights. It only weighs about 2lbs, so it is easy to bring anywhere. Love it
I am thankful to be able to stream music, podcasts etc from my phone to the bone conduction headphones with great quality of design at a good price.

It has replaced my dumbbells in a lot of workouts and help me gain control on the weights. Works great and travels with me everywhere 😊 I’m eager to see more accessories being released, such as a unified platform the allows simultaneous use of two devices or a platform designed for performing flat bench press exercises.
Best small e-Gym for my small home gym. Highly recommend. Looking forward how the battery is going to hold up. Hoping for further attachment as a bar from rayofi.
