Does this actually work underwater? I thought Bluetooth can't penetrate water.

Can a coach use this to talk to a swimmer in real time?
Yes. The T6 transmitter has a push-to-talk button. The coach speaks into the transmitter on deck and the swimmer hears it instantly through the headset underwater. No delay, no waiting until the end of the set.
How long does the battery last?
The headset runs up to 15 hours on a single charge. The T6 transmitter lasts up to 5 hours on its built-in 3000mAh battery. Both recharge via USB.
What if the sound cuts out mid-swim?
The system has a 100 meter range and 9 selectable channels to avoid interference. If you experience any dropout, switching channels on the T6 takes seconds. Most users never need to.
Does it work in open water, not just pools?
Yes. As long as the transmitter is within 100 meters — on a kayak, a boat, or held by someone on shore — you'll have live streaming. If you're swimming solo without support, the headset also works as a standard Bluetooth headphone above water.
