The device allows me to do many exercises quickly. I am a golfer and this allows me to do many golf specific exercises which I could not do with my dumbbells. Rather than using the door anchor, I installed an adjustable wall anchor (from about waist height to just above my head) plus a stationary anchor around ankle height My only gripe is that the cable is a little short for me. I am 6'2". If you are tall, buy the extension strap when you buy the device. Otherwise the shipping ($35) for a one foot extension is prohibitive.
Sound quality with music is good not great, complete transparency I don't believe the audio quality would work for listening to podcasts.
For the money, you get a lot of machine and accessories
You get more resistance than other similar machines too
Only negatives for me would be the cable feels a little jerkier than others do it’s not always a smooth motion which can be distracting
I can offer as a trainer a full experience with my two devices and accessories it is a game changer !
